Portfolio

Quest Technology Management

Client Quest Technology Management (Quest) is an IT consulting and management company with operations in North America, Europe, and Asia. For three decades, Quest has offered round-the-clock expertise to ensure the security of business information. The firm specializes in cybersecurity, technology management, and managed cloud services. Facing a shortage of qualified staff in the US that could potentially hinder service delivery, Quest decided to seek talent overseas. We spoke with Tim Burke, the CEO, President, and Founder of Quest, to learn why Outsourced is their preferred outsourcing partner. The Business Solution Quest aimed to partner with an outsourcing firm that could provide skilled and knowledgeable staff at a significantly lower cost than hiring domestically. Outsourced was the clear choice for access to the top 5% of talent in the Philippines, along with an impressive 98% retention rate. Additionally, the region's lower labor costs and favorable time zone differences presented operational benefits that were hard to overlook. Within a few months, a small team of Network Operations Centre and Service Helpdesk staff was onboarded. That was nearly nine years ago, and the partnership has grown even stronger since then. “Working at Outsourced has been an amazing journey of growth and opportunity,” shares Vrian Colaba, a Senior Network Engineer and one of Quest's first hires from the Philippines. He attributes his enthusiasm for work to Outsourced’s positive company culture. Quest's CEO, Tim Burke, reflects on nearly a decade of collaboration with talented staff like Vrian as an overwhelmingly positive experience. Since 2014, the company's workforce in the Philippines has expanded to 25 employees, consistently delivering flexible and personalized technical expertise. Thanks to Outsourced's support, Quest's customers worldwide can confidently rely on the firm for IT assistance whenever needed.
