Otonomee is a celebrated Customer Management Outsourcing company that provides scalable, technology-driven, and people-centered solutions. Over the last year, we were honored to receive the CCMA Best Employee Engagement Award and achieve a spot in the top 10 of the Deloitte Fast 50. Through our remote-first model, we assist organizations in enhancing customer interactions, cutting costs, and boosting efficiency by integrating automation and data insights with a strong human element. Founded in 2020 by Aidan and Hilary O’Shea, Otonomee aims to disrupt the conventional “big city, big building” BPO approach. We instead provide a flexible, tailored service that is not confined by the limitations of contact center capacities. Our adaptable strategy allows us to scale swiftly, cater to seasonal or product-driven needs, and support clients no matter where their markets lead them. Otonomee is designed to benefit people, partners, and the environment. Since September 2023, we have been a certified B Corp and were recently acknowledged as a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. In just six years, we have expanded to over 650 employees across four continents.
