Challenge For nearly ten years, our client enjoyed unparalleled success in the emergency communications market. However, the rise of new competitors created a challenging pricing landscape, marking an unfamiliar situation for the company. To maintain its hard-earned market share and keep pace with rivals, it had to focus on generating a higher volume of qualified leads through scalable inbound operations.
