We collaborated to implement a data-driven approach, leveraging inbound best practices and enhancing sales enablement to generate hundreds of qualified leads. Challenge For nearly ten years, our client enjoyed unparalleled success in the emergency communications market. However, the rise of new competitors created a challenging pricing landscape, marking an unfamiliar situation for the company. To maintain its hard-earned market share and keep pace with rivals, it had to focus on generating a higher volume of qualified leads through scalable inbound operations. After launching an inbound-ready, sales-enabled website integrated with HubSpot CMS, they sought a Growth Strategy partner to steer their inbound efforts towards a positive return on investment.
