Eric helps small business owners transform from overwhelmed and stuck with ineffective systems into clear, confident operators running high-level businesses without relying on generic tools or added complexity. Starting as a petroleum systems technician, Eric noticed many companies suffered from cookie-cutter websites and tools like Squarespace that failed to address core challenges. Realizing these platforms prioritized convenience over flexibility and integration, he committed to learning how websites truly functioned, including coding languages and AI tools. Embracing AI as an aid rather than a solution, Eric developed structured workflows and engineered systems that combine technology with human creativity. Now, he focuses on providing small businesses with operational, scalable presences by solving fundamental systems issues rather than talent gaps.
