**Customer Profile** Our client is a leading global technology and industrial company, providing services to customers in over 150 countries. Minor adjustments and optimizations in energy management can lead to significant savings. Currently, energy consumption in many buildings only becomes a concern when the temperature is uncomfortable. Most energy systems only provide data at the meter level, which is merely raw data. The challenge for our client was to transform this data into comprehensible information that facilitates decision-making. **The Solution** We initially crafted a framework of adapters for integration with common energy systems and then developed a cloud-based platform to store metering data from the implemented adapters. Our team assisted the client in deploying these adapters at their customers’ sites. Once the cloud system was operational, we created an API for the database, enabling us to develop a dashboard that clients could access to visualize their data through graphs, maps, and other visual aids.
