F&B Company embarked on a digital transformation to provide its corporate clients with a reliable B2B ordering platform that enhances the customer experience. Their initial website suffered from poor performance and frequent errors due to an outdated technology stack, which disrupted operations and eroded customer confidence. To address these challenges, the team maintained the existing system while concurrently developing a new platform, ensuring a seamless transition without users noticing any disruption. The upgraded system offers diverse login options including passwords, social media, and biometric recognition, delivering a consistent user experience across devices. Integrating directly with the internal ERP system, the platform guarantees accurate product data and invoicing. Currently supporting seven regional sites, it is designed for easy expansion, positioning F&B Company for sustained future growth.
