Superdry - Endless Aisle Mobile App

Superdry

Superdry is a worldwide retail brand that blends vintage American style with Japanese-inspired graphics and British fashion. The brand has established a significant and expanding presence, operating 515 Superdry-branded locations across 46 countries. To enhance the customer shopping experience, Superdry aimed to create a cohesive online and in-store environment. The main goal of the initiative was to empower staff to assist customers in finding and purchasing items that might not be available in-store or that had sizing issues. With the motto "never lose a sale," store teams wanted to ensure they could always help customers locate the items they desired and improve sales conversions. Additionally, recognizing store teams for their contribution to online sales was seen as a valuable benefit. The retailer engaged One iota to implement an "endless aisle" application as a cloud-based managed service, operating on iPad Minis. This app allows Superdry’s staff to browse the entire online catalog while in-store, increasing sales of out-of-stock products, helping customers build baskets, placing home delivery orders, and processing payments. The iPads were integrated with various payment hardware devices and services through global omnichannel payment solutions partner Adyen, giving customers multiple payment options within the app. Sales assistants now have unprecedented access to product information, stock availability, customer transaction histories, and the ability to conduct transactions anywhere in-store. One iota provides support for over 500 devices across a global network of stores.

Regatta - Store Team Mobile App

Regatta

Regatta aimed to enhance customer experience by providing their store teams with mobile devices that enable them to check for out-of-stock items or products from sister brands such as Dare2B and Craghoppers. This solution is currently implemented in UK stores and will be introduced in Irish stores in early 2024.

Sportsshoes - Consumer Mobile App

Sportsshoes is a prominent online retailer focused on sports footwear, clothing, and accessories for running and hiking. Recognizing the advantages of a dedicated mobile app for consumers, the Sportsshoes team partnered with leading retail app developer One iota in 2023 to create, develop, and provide this experience for their customers. Collaborating with renowned global brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, and Hoka, and leveraging a vast collection of engaging content, the project centered on data-driven personalization from the outset.
