About the Team
OUR STORY
Octagon Professionals began in The Hague in 1987, founded by refugee Tasoula Hadjitofi to support international professionals in the Netherlands. Initially a trusted HR and staffing partner, Octagon expanded its mission to empower international institutions with a focus on public diplomacy and heritage protection. Early innovations included pioneering 'Big Data' projects and paperless office solutions for clients like Shell and the European Space Agency. In 1995, their 'Outpost' program aided expatriate family integration, adopted globally by Shell. In 2011, Octagon invested in the NGO Walk of Truth, reflecting its commitment to cultural preservation and diversity. Today, with a multinational team, Octagon applies global expertise to foster sustainable partnerships, societal connections, and cultural identity protection worldwide.
