Partnership deck (sales deck) for Fyde

Fyde

About: Fyde, based in London, UK, is transforming decentralized finance (DeFi) for cryptocurrency firms around the world, maximizing the potential of their balance sheets. Challenge: Fyde’s detailed and all-encompassing product was designed to address various treasury requirements, but the presentation of the partnership was unclear, making the slides confusing and leaving questions unanswered. The existing presentation was overly complicated, with excessive and repetitive information that didn’t support the speaker's message, which unfortunately obstructed Fyde's ability to make a strong first impression and fully showcase the product's capabilities. Solution: Our method involved thoroughly examining the industry and the company itself. We aimed to create clear slides that effectively communicated key points. We gathered valuable insights by reviewing previous company presentations and relevant documents, while also investigating the market. We simplified Fyde's complex processes into easy-to-understand concepts and developed visuals to clarify the protocol, focusing on consistency and intuitive comprehension. A data-driven narrative was crafted to highlight the product's depth and the value of partnerships, resulting in a shift from confusion to clarity. Client Feedback: “Ochi.design is our preferred partner because they conduct an in-depth analysis and customize solutions to meet our needs, providing tangible and valuable results.” The Result: We transformed confusion into understanding, ensuring that the complexities of the product and the nuances of the partnership were effectively and compellingly communicated to four different audiences, generating excitement across the board. The new presentation has already demonstrated its effectiveness in multiple successful pitches.

Pitch deck and brand identity design for Trawa

Trawa

About the client: Trawa is a tech startup based in Berlin that develops software to help small and medium-sized industrial companies enhance their energy procurement processes. Challenge: The founders required a pre-seed pitch deck to attract potential investors and secure funding but struggled with the absence of a defined company name, logo, or visual branding. Services we provided: We offered design research, brand identity creation, and pitch deck design. Main idea: The central theme guiding Trawa's visual identity is the "energy pulse." This concept aims to convey that Trawa is an innovative and groundbreaking solution for small to medium-sized industrial firms focused on optimizing energy procurement. To accomplish this, we established a brand system that highlights the platform's specialization in the energy sector and dedication to assisting companies in enhancing their energy procurement strategies. We employed a vibrant color scheme, strong typography, and dynamic visuals to reflect energy, strength, and efficiency—core values within the energy field. Additionally, we crafted a sleek and captivating pitch deck that effectively presents Trawa's value proposition, designed to engage potential investors and inspire action. Pitch deck: This deck is meticulously designed to connect with potential investors while providing a thorough understanding of the Trawa platform. In summary, Trawa's visual identity and pitch deck together create a compelling brand image that clearly conveys its focus on optimizing energy procurement and its mission to transform the energy industry.

Presentation template & mascot illustrations

Premium Blend

Overview: Premium-Blend integrates people, processes, and platforms to enhance social and digital initiatives. Issue: Employees at Premium-Blend prepare presentations daily for client pitches, team updates, and public speaking. However, the presentations often appeared dull and standardized. As a result, workers faced challenges with inconsistent and unprofessional slides that consumed excessive amounts of time to create. Solution: We reviewed previous company presentations and crafted a PowerPoint template. This enables the Premium-Blend team to produce stunning presentations in minutes rather than the tedious hours or days previously required. The exciting aspect: it’s enjoyable! About the template: 40 slides feature unique layouts with various color and theme options, including chart designs, graphics, and icons. Additionally, there are 10 illustrations of a playful, evolving brand character that can be utilized across various marketing platforms. Outcome: We assessed the use cases and developed a distinctive, multifunctional, user-friendly template that simplifies the slide creation process for the Premium-Blend team, comprising 40 unique slides with color variations, charts, and custom illustrations.
