Unlike larger consultancies, we offer personalized attention, with the founder directly managing projects from start to finish. Having completed 150+ projects worldwide, we focus on collaborations aligned with our passions, mainly with startups and medium businesses in sectors like hospitality, arts, food, fashion, and technology.

Up Study

**Up Study Exchange Programs** Experience makes all the difference. Up Study is an Australian-Brazilian agency focused on student exchange programs in Australia. Since 2013, they have pursued this mission with passion and dedication, but their brand strategy faced challenges. The Brazilian exchange program market is dominated by big players who operate on a franchising model, making it a competitive landscape. Up Study recognized that their strategy should center around value rather than price. However, there often exists a gap between the intended brand positioning and consumer perception. We were approached to redesign their brand positioning and identity. Our expertise lies in transitioning the focus from price to value perception. The project outlined below is the outcome of 16 weeks of work that reestablished what Up Study truly stands for: experience. They aim to offer the best experience for their students, backed by the most seasoned team in the industry. The new brand identity communicates sophistication while maintaining a youthful and fresh appeal.

Outcast Capital

We are currently experiencing an exciting time in the entrepreneurial landscape, with startups receiving unprecedented funding and unicorns emerging at record valuations. This is a positive development, as capital is crucial for fostering the innovation brought about by entrepreneurs. Notably, among the many sectors benefiting from venture capital, one sector rarely highlighted in the statistics, yet influential for all 8 billion people on the planet, is the food and beverage industry. The global food system faces several challenges, including food insecurity, waste, and environmental issues. Meanwhile, there are forward-thinking entrepreneurs committed to addressing these challenges and transforming the economic dynamics of the industry. Unfortunately, many of them struggle to secure funding, leading to the failure of their ventures. In response to this situation, Outcast Capital was established as a global investment firm aimed at providing capital access for foodtech entrepreneurs.

Linoleum Collective emerged from a desire to highlight local talent not only as a publisher but also as a driver of new ventures through various limited collaborations. Why do so many people overlook their local community of creators? Independent entrepreneurs rely on their crafts, and society should recognize the positive influence they have. Our mission was to establish a brand identity and mindset. Linoleum is dedicated to bringing ideas to fruition, whether it’s a specialty beer, clothing, coffee, or a music event. If it originates locally, it deserves support. We chose typography as the central element for shaping the brand’s identity. Complemented by a four-color palette, our selections enable Linoleum to effectively convey its message across various contexts, including product packaging, advertising, clothing design, and publishing platforms.
