Vitalflo App

Unknown

VitalFlo collaborated with Oak City Labs to ensure secure storage and analysis of patient data as they expanded to more healthcare practices. They required a development team with expertise across all software development areas to create a robust, high-quality solution that users would appreciate. Additionally, we assisted in testing the functionality of their spirometer and air quality devices to ensure a smooth user experience. Our partnership with VitalFlo remains dynamic as they contribute to managing COVID-19 in the healthcare sector. In the past year, Oak City Labs and VitalFlo have worked together to enhance interactions between patients at home and their physicians in clinics. We helped create an API, migrate their data to AWS, establish a scalable cloud infrastructure, and update their existing iOS app for improved security and user experience. “Oak City Labs recognized our goal of rapid growth and was adaptable, understanding that our priorities might shift quickly. We have been very pleased with the quality at every stage, which is why we continue to collaborate with them,” said Luke Marshall, Ph.D., CEO of VitalFlo.

THX Rx App

Unknown

THX Rx collaborated with Oak City Labs to develop an app aimed at enhancing positivity in the workplace through positive news, a time-banking program, wellness resource access, and wellness data gathering. We focused on effective communication and adapted to the schedules of busy neurosurgeons, allowing them to continue seeing patients while making a significant impact in their field. THX Rx, formerly known as WellSpent MD, evaluated several developers but encountered diverse quotes and unclear project scopes. They sought a software development team capable of adhering to regulations, providing a clear project outline, and executing an efficient development process. Oak City Labs successfully met these needs, and we are still partnering with THX Rx as they roll out version 2.0 for use in larger organizations. Dr. Theresa Williamson, Co-Founder of THX Rx, noted, “With Oak City Labs, every aspect of the project is transparent. They are honest, hardworking, and thorough. Our greatest achievement is seeing users enjoy [our app] and having numerous hospitals integrate it into their systems.”

ServusConnect App

Unknown

ServusConnect collaborated with Oak City Labs to enhance communication between property managers and service professionals, focusing on developing the app's essential features. The application comprises two user groups: property managers and service professionals, each with unique business needs but a shared objective of working together in a unified platform. Property managers require a centralized location to manage work order requests from various service providers, often across multiple properties. Service providers need a central hub to access work order requests, submit invoices, and communicate with property managers regarding updates and suggestions for additional tasks and maintenance. The SERVUS iOS app offers real-time notifications and in-app messaging for both user groups, along with private feedback and evaluation channels from property managers to service providers. Additionally, geolocation features enable property managers to easily create work order requests on-site, allowing both parties to include photos and detailed notes.
