THX Rx collaborated with Oak City Labs to develop an app aimed at enhancing positivity in the workplace through positive news, a time-banking program, wellness resource access, and wellness data gathering. We focused on effective communication and adapted to the schedules of busy neurosurgeons, allowing them to continue seeing patients while making a significant impact in their field. THX Rx, formerly known as WellSpent MD, evaluated several developers but encountered diverse quotes and unclear project scopes. They sought a software development team capable of adhering to regulations, providing a clear project outline, and executing an efficient development process. Oak City Labs successfully met these needs, and we are still partnering with THX Rx as they roll out version 2.0 for use in larger organizations. The application comprises two user groups: property managers and service professionals, each with unique business needs but a shared objective of working together in a unified platform. Property managers require a centralized location to manage work order requests from various service providers, often across multiple properties. Service providers need a central hub to access work order requests, submit invoices, and communicate with property managers regarding updates and suggestions for additional tasks and maintenance. The SERVUS iOS app offers real-time notifications and in-app messaging for both user groups, along with private feedback and evaluation channels from property managers to service providers. Additionally, geolocation features enable property managers to easily create work order requests on-site, allowing both parties to include photos and detailed notes.
