Karbon-x

Unknown

The Client: Karbon-X is a SaaS company focused on sustainability, aimed at helping individuals and businesses with their carbon offset initiatives. The Challenge: The client required a scalable, user-friendly platform to simplify carbon offsetting and link users to verified environmental projects. The main objective was to launch a subscription-based application across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, and Web) that would engage users, build community, and attract investor interest. Novus Tech Group's Solution: Our approach involved an extensive discovery and product strategy phase. We then created a strong cross-platform application that featured a personalized filtering system, in-app badges for social sharing, and influencer integration to promote widespread adoption and community engagement. This technical framework equipped Karbon-X with a dependable, robust, and audit-ready platform for sustainable growth over the long term.

Luxe du Jour

Unknown

The Client: Luxe Du Jour is a luxury online retail platform valued in the millions, focusing on buying, selling, and renting premium designer goods, along with an in-house restoration service called Luxe Spa. The Challenge: The client outgrew their standardized platform (Shopify) and needed to combine their three intricate business segments (retail, rentals, and restoration) into one scalable, user-friendly application. The new platform required customized backend logic to handle a high volume of traffic, manage complex processes (such as shipment tracking, consignor payments, and membership management), and uphold strict quality standards. Novus Tech Group's Solution: We developed a tailored, proprietary e-commerce system that was robust, dependable, and specifically designed for their business needs. We successfully consolidated all three divisions into a single, elegant application available on iOS, Android, and the web. This solution featured a custom backend for ensuring quality control, a membership subscription model with tiered benefits, and essential integrations (like DHL and Canada Post) to optimize complex workflows and facilitate the business's rapid expansion into new markets.

ARC Resources

Unknown

The Client: ARC Resources is a prominent player in the Canadian conventional oil and gas sector, recognized for its commitment to employee safety and environmental stewardship. The Challenge: The company sought to enhance its Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes by moving away from paper-based systems to a comprehensive digital solution. The primary objective was to establish an intuitive system that would optimize operations, save time, minimize paper usage, and offer real-time data access for safety compliance. Novus Tech Group's Solution: We created a tailored Integrated Management System that carefully fulfilled their vision. Our solution digitized all essential HSE processes, leading to more efficient workflows, improved user experience, and considerable time savings for field employees. This effective and reliable solution has cultivated a lasting partnership, allowing ARC Resources to manage safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility successfully for more than seven years.
