About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in 2005 by designer Laurel James and builder Angelito Camaclang, Novell Design Build champions a collaborative approach to homebuilding where design and construction work seamlessly together. Laurel, with a background in interior design and extensive project management experience, and Angelito, a seasoned builder with over 25 years in residential construction, have cultivated a unified team under one roof. This integration fosters proactive problem-solving through collaboration and communication, resulting in homes that are meticulously crafted and tailored to each client’s unique vision. Accredited professionals, they uphold high standards in efficiency, sustainability, and quality, reflected in their licenses, memberships, and partnerships, including their extension into full home and outdoor services with Novella Outdoors.
