**Our Approach:** We carried out UX research and mapped user journeys to identify challenges and improve booking workflows (search → doctor profile → slot selection → confirmation). Using Figma, we developed clear wireframes and high-fidelity user interfaces that prioritize clarity, minimize steps, and establish visual hierarchy. We crafted tailored dashboards for doctors and patients, ensured seamless navigation, adopted a mobile-first design approach, and incorporated accessibility-focused UI elements. To foster trust and brand identity in the healthcare sector, we maintained consistent branding, typography, and color schemes.
