When IGAD entrusted N.G.A with live streaming and video coverage for their prominent Africa Summit at Addis Ababa's Convention Center, we mobilized swiftly within 72 hours to establish a professional, four-camera live production. Our setup included fixed wide shots, a mobile handheld camera, and a dedicated speaker camera to ensure comprehensive coverage. We skillfully managed live audio from both the hall's public address system and lavalier microphones for pristine broadcast sound. Streaming was flawlessly executed across multiple platforms, including YouTube Live and a private institutional channel, maintaining under eight seconds latency without interruptions. Post-event, we produced a color-graded, four-minute highlight reel within 48 hours, perfectly tailored for IGAD’s social media and archival needs, underscoring our commitment to delivering timely, high-quality event coverage.
