Leasing retail space in shopping malls isn't a new idea. However, the innovation lies in the approach. The entire process—from finding a space to making payments and receiving the leased area—is conducted through our mobile app. Our app emphasizes flexibility, allowing you to rent a space for as little as one hour. The short-term rental market is ever-evolving, and the ability to rent space by the hour via a mobile app meets the current needs of consumers. During the development of the app, we encountered challenges integrating external systems. We needed to link the automatic invoicing system with a payment processing system and a mechanism for managing locks. Additionally, we faced the constraint of a tight timeline, with only six months to select features that would create something both impressive and practical. Notably, this app represents the world's first successful integration of Flutter technology with PayU's SDK.
