Established in 2016, DesignLab was born from the collective enthusiasm of three partners for hospitality, design, and travel. At DesignLab, creativity is fundamental to every project. However, the efficiency of their IT setup was hindering their progress. Inconsistent workstation configurations resulted in frequent software slowdowns and performance challenges. Peak hours caused network congestion that disrupted collaboration among architects, and there were instances when the email system became nonoperational, hampering communication and delaying the delivery of designs to clients. Rather than concentrating on design quality, the team frequently grappled with technical issues. Specifically, the Admin team faced ongoing IT challenges without the appropriate tools or structure to tackle them effectively. After collaborating with NTT SuperCare365, a thorough evaluation and standardization of the IT infrastructure were undertaken. Workstations were fine-tuned to comply with architectural software needs, the internal network was enhanced for improved stability and performance, and email and data systems were fortified with sufficient backup and security measures. Currently, architects experience seamless workflows, while the Admin team functions with assurance and tranquility. Technology has transitioned from a source of frustration to a dependable foundation that enables DesignLab to prioritize innovation and growth.

Kume Design Asia

At Kume Asia Design, delivering high-quality architectural projects relies heavily on speed and precision. However, they faced challenges with their previous IT provider, who was slow to respond to requests, leading to team frustration. KAZE Interior Design Studio

Prior to 2019, Kaze Studio Design (https://kaze.com.vn) experienced instability and a reactive IT system due to their partnership with NTT SuperCare365. They encountered lagging workstations during rendering, inconsistent network performance, and a lack of organized backup systems, which increased the risk of data loss. Their previous IT provider's slow response times negatively impacted daily operations. When COVID-19 necessitated remote work, the absence of secure remote access and collaboration tools jeopardized business continuity.
