OUR STORY

Our Narrative Nevexo was established in 2022 in Bucharest with a simple vision: to create a studio that prioritizes engineering excellence and effective communication. Our founding team has a strong technical background, drawing from competitive programming, formal computer science education, and experience in developing developer communities, such as the Bucharest School of AI, which was one of Romania's largest AI communities at its height. Since our inception, we have successfully completed over 30 projects in various sectors including education, retail, media, fitness, and fintech.

Enabling an interactive English learning platform

Nefele.AI

Nefele.ai is a pioneering eLearning startup focused on assisting school students in achieving success in their English exams, particularly the Cambridge and IELTS assessments. Recognizing the growing need for quality educational resources and personalized learning experiences, Nefele.ai aimed to develop a platform that not only offered extensive study materials but also utilized advanced AI to customize the learning experience for each individual student. In their quest to evolve their minimum viable product (MVP) into a fully-fledged learning platform, they approached us for a solution that would support a range of exercises designed for key English exams. The new platform needed to resolve the issues with the earlier MVP by including effective progress tracking, dashboards that retained all user interactions, and a wide variety of practice activities. This would enable students to enhance their language skills in a systematic way and prepare thoroughly for their exams. The challenge lay in creating a platform that met these functional specifications while also delivering an engaging and user-friendly experience.

Building a personalised food delivery platform

All Day

We assisted All Day, a food delivery startup, in creating a personalized meal delivery service that has revolutionized dining in Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca. Our main objective was to design a user-friendly e-commerce platform enabling customers to choose meals from diet-specific options and tailor their delivery schedules to align with their lifestyles. Tackling several interconnected challenges, we initially built a dynamic scheduling system that allowed for extensive customization while ensuring platform stability. We established thorough testing procedures to guarantee smooth updates and maintain the integrity of the system. As All Day grew into Cluj-Napoca, we enhanced the platform's infrastructure to accommodate higher traffic levels and ensure scalable performance. We also offer ongoing support and maintenance services to keep the platform functioning optimally and scalable. Our team conducts regular audits and updates to improve the platform’s security and overall user experience.

Streamlining client onboarding with eKYC

Our client, a European insurance firm, encountered difficulties due to a sluggish, manual onboarding process that impacted both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The goal was to create an automated eKYC system that simplified the onboarding process, complied with GDPR regulations, and allowed for human oversight when necessary. We developed a mobile-friendly web platform that integrated effortlessly with the client's current systems and implemented containerized AI models on GPU-enabled on-premise infrastructure, utilizing Python and FastAPI. The new system revolutionized the client's onboarding procedures, reducing the onboarding time by 60% and enhancing overall efficiency.
