Neuramonks has developed a Real-Time AI Roleplay Agent Platform designed for authentic, voice-based sales training. In this setup, an AI agent acts as a customer while a human participant takes on the role of the salesperson. The interactions occur live with low-latency voice communication, effectively mimicking real sales calls. Following each session, the platform automatically produces structured performance scores and actionable feedback to assist sales teams in enhancing their skills. This platform integrates a tailored frontend, WebRTC-based real-time audio, AI-driven roleplay intelligence, and automated evaluation processes.
The Challenge: Traditional sales roleplay training is expensive, difficult to scale, and often inconsistent. It relies on human partners for roleplay, offers subjective feedback, and depends on scripted scenarios that do not accurately represent actual customer behavior. Consequently, sales teams find it challenging to get ready for real-life conversations.
The Solution: We created a real-time AI roleplay system where the AI serves as a dynamic, context-aware customer during live voice interactions. Sales representatives can engage naturally while the AI gives realistic questions, objections, and follow-up inquiries. After every session, the system evaluates performance and provides category-specific scores in areas such as communication, objection handling, clarity, and overall sales effectiveness. Roleplay agents can be tailored to different industries, personas, and training objectives.
