Netcosa is a managed IT services provider located in Memphis, designed for healthcare practices and logistics operations that have outgrown the traditional break-fix approach but prefer not to get lost in a larger MSP with 200 clients. We ensure prompt responses, answering calls in under 15 minutes, and provide same-day on-site support. We have a strong grasp of the software you use, including Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, eVetPractice, Applied Epic, WMS platforms, and the various vendor portals associated with them. Our focus is on three key areas: ensuring HIPAA-compliant security for dental, veterinary, and med-spa practices; delivering dependable infrastructure for warehousing, distribution, and 3PL businesses; and acting as the central point of contact when your practice software vendor, internet service provider, copier representative, and phone system need to coordinate. Founded by Joe Pennel, who has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, dentistry, logistics, and finance, and has managed more than 100 Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and tenant-to-tenant cloud migrations, Netcosa serves the Memphis metropolitan area, including Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Southaven, Olive Branch, and West Memphis.
