GRUPO PETERSEN

We completely revamped the user experience for all digital channels across the four banks under the Petersen Group. This investment group manages four large state banks. Initially, their strategy lacked a user experience focus, opting for identical platform designs for all banks without considering the unique requirements of end users and the economic conditions of each state. Our contributions included segmentation and UX research, where we undertook projects to identify the users of each bank's offerings, allowing us to create tailored experiences to better meet their needs. We also established a research repository to gather all research findings related to each product, which helped us organize data, streamline processes, and avoid unnecessary repetition. This repository also enabled overarching analyses that extended beyond individual product needs, helping us uncover broader insights about users to enhance their overall experience. One significant achievement was the redesign of mutual funds, which have now become a highly utilized feature in online banking. To refine this experience, we conducted thorough user research and a detailed functionality analysis. This process helped us uncover not only obvious issues but also various user requirements, such as the need for simpler operations and clear, concise information. This approach not only improved the user experience but also led to a remarkable increase in the opening of investment accounts by 45% quarter-over-quarter, along with a 217% quarter-over-quarter rise in investment amounts.

PROVINCIA SEGUROS

We created Provy, a platform aimed at helping young individuals safeguard their most valued possessions, including laptops, mobile phones, musical instruments, bicycles, skateboards, and more. The traditional insurance market often overlooks this demographic, typically concentrating on car, life, and home insurance. Provy was designed to offer coverage for items that better reflect the daily lives of young people, utilizing straightforward language and a user-friendly interface devoid of fine print. What have we done for them? Branding: We focused on the app's branding to link it to the legacy of Provincia Seguros while establishing its own vibrant, youthful, and accessible identity. We developed a new logo, crafted contemporary graphic styles, and illustrated images for the app to create cohesive visuals. Enhanced Experience, Better Design: We teamed up with the client to showcase the importance of user experience within the app. We conducted studies on user behavior, gathering valuable insights into their service expectations. This research informed our design, ensuring that users could access top-notch insurance with ease and, importantly, "without fine print." The outcome? An app that allows users to navigate effortlessly through only a few steps to receive the service, all while avoiding lengthy terms, resulting in a smooth and enjoyable browsing experience.

LUPACAN

We collaborated with Lupacan, a project focused on linking pet enthusiasts with charitable initiatives, to revamp and improve their app. Our approach was holistic, engaging development teams, UX/UI design, Product Discovery, and Agile Methodologies. We began by establishing a solid foundation for the digital product, analyzing the existing application to pinpoint issues and areas for enhancement. We employed User Experience methodologies, including interviews, benchmarking, user journeys, user flows, and information architecture. For the UX/UI design, we worked in phases aligned with set objectives to deliver a minimum viable product (MVP) that met the essential functionalities.
