MIAMI FIRST HAITIAN METHODIST CHURCH LIVE & GIVING PLATFORM

The unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic transformed everything, making the transition to online church essential. We collaborated quickly to devise a plan for creating a website for the church. In a time when it was vital for members to come together and pray, many were confined to their homes and had to maintain social distance. We recognized immediately that certain key features and technologies would be essential for the project's success. NAOSSOFT seamlessly integrated live video and social media streaming, enabling the church to broadcast sermons and other events. They can now conduct services online and via teleconference. Additionally, members can make online contributions, given that physical attendance at church was no longer possible due to the virus. We partnered with tithe.ly to implement a payment solution that simplifies and expedites the giving process. NAOSSOFT also included a straightforward calendar feature to showcase service times and other activities on the homepage. The church's website is responsive, ensuring accessibility from various devices, including PCs, laptops, phones, and tablets. Recognizing the church's diversity, we also added Google language translation. At Miami First Haitian Free Methodist Church, we welcome everyone, embracing the imperfect, as we believe that none of us is perfect and that redemption is available in Jesus. Since this is not merely a human endeavor, but a divine collaboration between God and humanity, transformation occurs when we allow the Lord to replace our weaknesses with His strength and grace.

RADIANT TRANSIT Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)

CEO Michel Dubuisson is a familiar face at NAOSSOFT and has been one of our earliest clients and partners. Recently, he enlisted our help to create a website for his new non-emergency transportation service, Radiant Transit LLC. He involved us in the project from the very beginning, which enabled us to assist him in naming the business, designing the logo, developing all the social media marketing, and building the website. Additionally, NAOSSOFT has a contract to handle the digital marketing for Radiant Transit. During the pandemic, Mr. Dubuisson identified a gap in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. He observed that patients utilizing various forms of transportation, particularly ridesharing, were at risk of exposure to viruses, including COVID-19. Those who typically need non-medical transportation—such as the elderly, disabled individuals, or those with chronic illnesses—are the most vulnerable, and their chances of experiencing severe outcomes, including death from the virus, increase due to their pre-existing health issues and weaker immune systems. Radiant Transit aims to protect these at-risk lives by being one of the few transportation companies that adhere closely to CDC guidelines. Mr. Dubuisson recognizes the critical importance of doctor appointments for many patients and understands that finding reliable transportation can often be a challenge. This realization inspired him to launch his company, leveraging his medical expertise to prioritize the needs of customers and patients over profits, ensuring they have access to trustworthy transportation through Radiant Transit.

Sam Tax & Multi-Services LLC (STMS)

A year ago, NAOSSOFT reached out to Elie to offer our services, right when his firm was at the peak of tax season—their busiest period. We quickly became friends, maintaining communication as we discussed the project, his vision, and the challenges he faced. At NAOSSOFT, we treat all clients and prospects like family, with our primary objective being to assist them in effectively marketing their products and services. We recognized the difficulties businesses encounter when trying to juggle multiple projects, so we assured Sam that we would handle everything. In our agreement with Sam Tax & Multi-Services LLC (STMS), NAOSSOFT committed to providing copywriting in addition to web development, allowing Sam and his team to concentrate on their core business operations. We made sure that Sam reviewed and approved every deliverable. As a developer himself, Sam had clear technical requirements, reflecting his position as a leading tax preparation company in Indianapolis, IN. At his request, we implemented a Google translator to cater to STMS's diverse clientele, enabling users to translate the site from English into languages like French Creole and Filipino. We also integrated a Square appointment tool for customers to easily book appointments with STMS staff. The website was designed for easy navigation, segmented by service areas to help customers find what they needed quickly. Built on the WordPress Content Management System, it allows STMS staff to update content independently without needing developers’ assistance, which is particularly beneficial during tax season when timely information is essential. Additionally, STMS's emails were set up with Microsoft 365, enabling them to use Microsoft Outlook and other applications in the suite.
