B2B SaaS Sales Enablement Platform

**Context** Fluint provides a Sales Enablement Platform designed to assist enterprise sales teams by producing content that better prepares their champions for internal meetings. The approach of selling alongside buyers, rather than to them, aims to enhance the likelihood of closing deals. Initially, the startup began the MVP development with another software development agency; however, the project fell behind schedule, and after nine months, the MVP was not ready for production. **Our Client's Needs** Fluint decided to collaborate with NaNLABS to optimize and complete the development of the MVP. First, it was essential to refine the project scope to facilitate a swift production release. The goals included debugging the existing codebase to streamline the platform and incorporating additional features while ensuring effective communication. Ultimately, the client required a robust and scalable product within 90 days. **NaNLABS Work** - Refined the project scope to concentrate on the platform's essential features. - Debugged and restructured the codebase to minimize technical debt. - Enhanced the platform by replacing restrictive third-party libraries. - Improved critical areas of the user experience to ensure usability. - Developed and integrated a drag-and-drop functionality within the complex codebase. **Technology** - Front-end: React with TypeScript, Froala - Back-end: NestJS with TypeScript, AWS Cognito - Project Management: Agile Methodology **Results** Fluint successfully adjusted their strategy and launched the MVP into production within 90 days. The platform now features a cleaner, more robust, and scalable codebase, along with a revamped UX tailored to accommodate two distinct user roles. The startup gathered user feedback and began acquiring its first paying customers. Fluint and NaNLABS have established a long-term partnership.

Data Engineering Consultancy

INE

**Context** INE is an e-learning platform that focuses on enhancing professional skills through exceptional IT training. To ensure it delivers the best learning experience available, INE launched a comprehensive rebuilding initiative for some of its key software solutions. They sought the expertise of NaNLABS in Data Engineering for their analytics system, which they determined had reached its capacity and was no longer cost-effective to maintain. **Client Needs** INE required Data Management specialists for a particular Data Engineering project. They needed assistance in developing a custom analytics system with a scalable architecture while effectively managing operational expenses. The subsequent step was to outline and design the system architecture, ensuring it could accommodate thousands of concurrent connections due to the high volume of data produced. Additionally, INE requested NaNLABS to create a proof of concept (POC). **NaNLABS' Work** We conducted reverse engineering to evaluate the existing platform architecture, identifying its limitations, and began seeking cost-effective solutions. Various alternatives were examined, and a technical feasibility assessment was carried out. Our team then designed and defined the architecture for the new analytics platform and developed the POC based on this fresh architecture. **Technology** Back-end Cloud Technologies: Python, AWS Kinesis & Firehose, Apache Zeppelin, ElasticSearch, TimescaleDB. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): AWS CloudFormation, Terraform. **Results** We successfully designed and built a custom analytics system and produced a POC within 40 days. The new architecture can now handle the significant data flow generated by thousands of simultaneous users. This solution facilitates scalability for the analytics system while maintaining manageable operational costs. INE’s new analytics system enables them to monitor every event occurring on the platform and store them in logs.

Enterprise software solution supporting sales team

EQUINIX

**Context**: Equinix is a leading global digital infrastructure company, providing IT networking solutions to prominent organizations in a digital-centric environment. To enhance its sales team, Equinix collaborated with Secretly Nice to develop a sales enablement tool. After achieving initial success, Equinix sought to elevate the tool further. **Our Client's Needs**: Secretly Nice brought NaNLABS on board for this project, seeking a reliable and skilled team to develop the tool. The tasks included stabilizing the existing platform, adding new features, and managing maintenance and support. **NaNLABS' Work**: We revamped Equinix’s legacy code to establish a robust foundation for upcoming development and feature enhancements. Our focus was on stabilizing the platform while maintaining service continuity. Recognizing that Neo4J was not the ideal choice for the main database, we initiated a migration to MongoDB to enhance performance and speed up development. We also led key initiatives, including redesigning the project creation process and enabling users to capture snapshots of network deployments. **Technology**: - **Front-end**: ReactJS, Jest, Express Framework - **Back-end**: Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL - **Infrastructure**: MongoDB, Neo4J - **Management Methodology**: Kanban **Results**: The refactored codebase for Equinix provides a stable and solid foundation for future feature development. We successfully migrated 80% of the database from Neo4J to MongoDB, improving accessibility, maintenance, and scalability. The new architecture allows the enterprise software to collect and present large datasets from various sources. This tool has already facilitated multi-million dollar sales for Equinix. Additionally, it has enhanced the sales team's productivity and increased user retention to 90%. Our collaboration commenced in 2021 and continues to this day.
