Alize is a platform that simplifies the daunting challenge of grasping Blockchain technology and its features, making it accessible for organizations of any size. They had a proprietary web system focused on blockchain that they aimed to convert into a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, but they didn't have the necessary expertise. We deployed a skilled tech team to the project, and in only six months, we restructured the product architecture and launched the new platform on Azure, which they are now effectively promoting as a SaaS offering.

NexTech Solutions is a staffing firm focused on placing permanent and contract employees in the technology and accounting/finance industries. A global company committed to creating advanced technology products sought assistance to speed up the market launch of various product lines. We deployed several independent and self-sufficient agile teams to work on this project, developing multiple business lines for the client simultaneously. The client, the founder of a startup, created two separate platforms to evaluate carbon footprints and biodiversity in livestock farms. These MVP platforms were effectively validated in the Irish market. As they geared up to enter the Spanish market and the broader European Union, there arose a need to scale and adapt the products for these new territories. We assumed the role of CTO for the company, conducting a thorough evaluation of the current situation and future aims. We crafted a plan for improvements in the short, medium, and long term, assembling a multidisciplinary team to address the complexities of the existing technology stack. We integrated both platforms into a single entity, redesigning the interface for enhanced usability and to tailor it to the Spanish market. We implemented and oversaw the plan, responding swiftly to the changing needs of new clients who joined the platform.
