Corporate Website Rebuild & Webflow Replatform
Purchasing Power is one of the largest employee purchase programs in the United States, catering to 7 million employees across the country. While their consumer brand was robust, their corporate website was lagging behind, causing issues in the B2B sales process instead of enhancing it. The messaging lacked clarity, content for specific personas was minimal, and the user experience did not align with the brand's scale or credibility. We collaborated with their leadership team to completely overhaul the corporate digital experience. The project began with extensive research, including stakeholder interviews, persona mapping, and a comprehensive evaluation of how the website supported or hindered the sales cycle. We discovered a significant misalignment between the sales team's messaging and the website’s presentation. From this insight, we developed a thorough strategic framework that included defining personas, mapping lifecycle journeys, restructuring the sitemap, and creating detailed wireframes before any visual design was done. Every design and content choice was based on actual user behavior rather than assumptions. The final platform was constructed using Webflow, featuring a modular component library, a well-structured CMS, SEO-friendly architecture, and an optimized user interface for performance. It is fully responsive, designed for scalability, and aimed at maximizing conversions at every interaction. The outcome is a high-performance corporate platform that reflects the authority of a market leader and effectively facilitates B2B growth, transforming a sales challenge into a growth engine. Services provided included Brand Strategy, UX/UI Design, Web Design, Webflow Development, and Content Strategy.
