OUR STORY
Mount Airy Baptist Church offers both in-person and digital engagement through its e-membership platform and the eMABCDC mobile app, allowing members to participate in baptism, restoration, and watch care. Since 1992, Rev. Dr. Larry B. West has dedicated himself to preaching, beginning under Rev. Dr. John Lewis Wright and assuming senior pastor leadership at Mount Airy in 2002. Supporting him is Assistant to the Pastor Karen Taylor, active since 2011, who guides various ministries and provides spiritual advice. Associate Ministers Johnnie L. Sudds and Roderick Moore bring decades of ministry and educational experience, overseeing worship, prayer, outreach, and hospitality. The church is also supported by dedicated ministry leaders and staff, committed to fostering spiritual growth and community involvement.
