The original two QA specialists have been outstanding, consistently bringing valuable ideas and exceeding expectations while maintaining accountability. The two newest QA specialists appear to be performing well, but we need a bit more time to evaluate them fully. Are there any areas for improvement? While it's not a major issue, working remotely has made close collaboration between the QA and development teams more challenging.
