MagendaMD

"I never imagined that such a complex system could be successfully implemented," is a notable remark. In 2022, MagendaMD approached Mobius to develop a specialized SaaS platform for healthcare clinics in New York. A crucial aspect was the integration of insurance billing, which involved connecting with clearinghouses and insurance providers to facilitate real-world billing processes for healthcare practitioners. We commenced with a structured discovery phase that included stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, competitor analysis, and a phased delivery roadmap. This approach enabled us to mitigate risks early on, confirm priorities, and establish a clear implementation strategy. Mobius executed the project as a full-cycle team utilizing sprints, delivering functionality incrementally with built-in quality assurance and regression testing for each sprint. Post-launch, we continued in post-production mode by monitoring live usage, stabilizing releases, and enhancing features based on user feedback. The platform now offers capabilities in Patient and Medical Data Management, Medical Visit Integration, Financial Management, Document Storage, Appointment Management, Visit Statistics and Reporting, as well as SMS and Fax integrations. Additionally, it features Task Management and Role-Based Access Control for secure operations involving multiple roles. As of 2024, MagendaMD provides a cohesive solution for healthcare providers, billing companies, and regulators, enabling more efficient management of operations and improved service delivery to patients. By the end of 2025, the platform had emerged as one of the top five systems in use by healthcare providers in New York, following nearly two years of development.

Full-cycle rebuild of a job portal platform

Pidbir

"I didn't anticipate that we could rebuild and transition the platform so quickly without data loss or disrupting users," said Pidbir, a Ukrainian startup that enlisted Mobius in 2023 to revamp a job portal plagued by a nearly unmanageable legacy codebase. The platform faced challenges in attracting visitors, converting users, and onboarding companies. Mobius assembled a complete team, including designers, to rebuild the product from the ground up, incorporating a modern design and an updated technology stack. The process began with an assessment of the existing platform, finalizing a comprehensive feature list, and developing a release strategy with a target launch date. Simultaneously, we analyzed leading competitor job portals, noted their successful features, and suggested a tailored set of functionalities aligned with Pidbir’s objectives. A significant hurdle was ensuring the secure migration of existing user data and executing an overnight transition with minimal downtime. We devised a meticulous migration strategy prioritizing data integrity and leak prevention. Prior to the final transition, we conducted stress tests and release simulations to ensure stability under pressure and minimize operational risks. Additionally, we implemented security enhancements and validation measures to address legacy vulnerabilities and safeguard sensitive user information. The new platform launched in April 2024, following less than a year of development. By the end of 2025, Pidbir emerged as one of the top 5 job portal platforms in Ukraine, experiencing a remarkable 500% increase in user growth within a year of its release.
