Sanbuk - Adventure and experience booking app

Sanbuk

Our client, Sanbuk Adventures, is a startup based in Kuwait that approached us with the concept of developing a yacht booking application. The plan involved creating two distinct apps: one for customers to book yachts, boats, and trips, and another for yacht owners to showcase their services and manage reservations. As the product progressed post-launch, we significantly enhanced its features and offerings, transforming it into a comprehensive marketplace for various adventures and experiences, including sailing, horseback riding, and resort bookings. Users can now find activities in Sanbuk that are categorized in the app filters, such as kayaking, boat trips, chalets, sailing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), windsurfing, yoga, kitesurfing, motorcycle courses, tournaments, arts and crafts, and resorts. The primary challenge of this project was to evolve a small application into a large-scale marketplace platform. Our development team had to implement substantial architectural changes and integrate additional features to accommodate a diverse range of experience and adventure service providers. Additionally, we needed to completely redesign the search and filtering functionalities to ensure effective search capabilities for users. We delivered end-to-end development and support for this project, from conceptualization to the app's development and launch on app stores. We created a technical specification based on our client's requirements for a boat and yacht rental app. When our client decided to broaden their business, we developed a more comprehensive technical specification and built a mobile marketplace. Moreover, we designed the UI/UX for both app versions and integrated the popular Kuwait-based payment gateway Tap, which is favored in the Middle Eastern market.

Contract Management System - SaaS

Our client, ContractsRX, chose to develop an online platform for the analysis, management, and evaluation of business contracts, seeking Mobindustry's web development expertise for this initiative. They envisioned a tool that would transition all dealings with legal documents to an online environment. The platform would enable businesses to compare contracts, evaluate associated risks, sign documents electronically, and store them in a digital repository. While the primary focus of the project was to facilitate document scoring, our business analysis led us to expand the functionality to allow companies to conduct their entire contracting process online. What began as a simple tool evolved into a comprehensive SaaS platform as we incorporated additional features. The platform now includes various services: MARQup, a tool for contract modeling that helps users quickly create new agreements and assess key terms with their associated risk values, along with a general health score for the contract; SumTracts, an engine that summarizes contracts with the same party, analyzing whether the current contract aligns with the overall relationship and highlighting significant information and risks; ClickTracts, a contract signing tool that simplifies contract management and allows users to sign online with a single click while offering reusable templates; and PayTracts, a feature for handling payments that enables users to collect payments concurrent with contract signing.

Allo. Ecommerce App Development

Allo Ukraine

A mobile eCommerce application was developed for Ukraine's largest retailer, Allo. This app enables users to access the Allo online marketplace, compare products, and place orders. It also features functionality for locating the nearest stores and searching for products based on location. The client is a leading online marketplace for electronics and various other goods and services in Ukraine. The initiative to engage customers through a mobile platform was established, leading to the selection of MobIndustry for its implementation. The project involved creating mobile versions of the app for both Android and iOS, incorporating eCommerce capabilities and facilitating brand communication. After the initial app versions were launched and usage data was reviewed, our team engaged in multiple discussions that resulted in significant enhancements to user and customer experience. This phase not only involved technological updates, but also refined some business processes to align with the client's omnichannel strategy. Key features included the integration of the WayForPay payment service, allowing users to make payments directly within the app, and the introduction of Google’s TagManager technology for collecting, synchronizing, and analyzing usage statistics.
