We have evolved into a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner with locations in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and London, successfully completing over 500 HubSpot CRM projects. We collaborate with enterprise-level and growth-driven companies in areas such as HubSpot, CRM, RevOps, digital marketing, web development, and AEO/GEO/AI search. Our approach focuses on building integrated partnerships with results linked to revenue rather than a traditional project-vendor model.

MO Agency collaborated with Mazda Southern Africa to transition their consumer website from WordPress to HubSpot Content Hub and to enhance the digital experience within the extensive HubSpot CRM ecosystem that had already been set up for the brand. The challenge involved completely replatforming a high-traffic consumer site while retaining the SEO value accrued over the years on WordPress. Additionally, Mazda required automotive-specific features that are not included by default in HubSpot Content Hub, as well as a seamless integration with HubSpot CRM for lead acquisition, nurturing throughout the customer lifecycle, and customer service. We redeveloped the website on HubSpot Content Hub with a tailored design system and a collection of automotive modules created exclusively for the brand, including vehicle showcases with technical specifications, image and video galleries, animated GIFs, and live color selectors that allow visitors to see each model in its available exterior colors. We implemented a thorough SEO migration strategy, featuring a complete redirect map, schema markup for the entire model range, and an update on structured data. The site is directly linked to HubSpot CRM, enabling lead forms to direct qualified leads to dealer networks through automated workflows, while lifecycle nurturing processes support the entire purchasing journey, and customer service inquiries are handled through Service Hub. Search rankings continued to improve during and after the transition. Lead acquisition increased significantly with the launch of the new HubSpot-integrated forms, and lead quality enhanced considerably as qualified prospects flowed directly into a CRM with complete lifecycle context. Mazda Southern Africa transitioned from a disjointed web and CRM configuration to a unified revenue platform where every digital interaction, from the initial website visit to purchase inquiries and post-sale support, is managed within a single HubSpot ecosystem.
