**Background** TrustID, an expanding ID verification services company located in Reading, recognized that their website was hindering their growth. They needed a refreshed design to better showcase their enhanced service offerings. After conducting market research and preparing a project brief, they selected MMD to assist in redesigning their website. The existing site was slow and challenging to update, and they aimed to enhance the user experience with clearer messaging and easier navigation. In February 2021, MMD commenced this project. **What We Did** Through workshops and interviews with key stakeholders, MMD discovered important customer segments, their needs, the path to becoming a client, and the digital "touch points" in that journey. We analyzed popular search terms and used these insights to design and develop the new website. After launching the site, we continued to optimize and refine it to further boost user engagement and performance based on agreed-upon metrics. **The Results** We are particularly proud of the outcomes from our collaboration with TrustID, and they share our satisfaction. We created: - A modern, inviting website design - A significantly faster, mobile-friendly site that is fully optimized for search and much easier for TrustID to manage - A 140% increase in website visitors - A 231% rise in inquiries, along with a notable enhancement in their quality - A top Google ranking for "ID verification service" and appearances on the first page for 51 additional critical search terms - A very satisfied client!

Kyocera

Kyocera aimed to thoughtfully inform users about the challenges employers face with flexible and remote work arrangements, highlight the potential impacts on employers, and demonstrate where their solutions could yield significant savings. Initially, mmd conducted a workshop with Kyocera to identify the target audience, craft resonant messaging, and outline the website's structure. We developed the concept of a straightforward cost savings calculator that would allow users to input basic criteria to estimate their potential savings. Subsequently, we created initial design mock-ups to demonstrate its functionality and utilized WordPress to securely manage the forms and submissions. Additional projects included developing a custom quotation tool enabling users to specify device requirements and receive a price quote, as well as creating a second cost savings calculator for another service offered by Kyocera, building on the success of the first one.

UK Hide

UK Hide required a website that conveyed a luxurious impression to their selective clientele while also showcasing their extensive product range and allowing users to order leather samples. mmd's design team crafted an attractive website that instantly communicated a sense of premium quality, whether viewed on a small mobile device or a larger desktop. The website was built on the WordPress content management system, enabling the client to easily manage website content, including adding new pages, blog posts, and news updates. mmd customized WooCommerce to facilitate simple ordering of leather samples, allowing the client to manage sample requests effectively through the system and email notifications. Given the importance of secure and robust hosting for eCommerce platforms, especially due to the potential risks of personal and financial data theft, UK Hide engaged mmd to host the website with their managed hosting provider, WP Engine, and oversee its management. They monitor uptime and perform bi-weekly software updates to maintain optimal security.
