Minico AI

Minico AI assists small and medium-sized enterprises in streamlining the processes that hinder their productivity. Founded by Mihnea Nicolau, we create customized AI solutions tailored specifically to your workflow and designed for practical use. Our offerings include personalized AI systems for lead generation, content workflows, and data synchronization; conversational and voice AI agents that manage calls and chats around the clock; internal AI assistants trained on your company's standard operating procedures and documents; as well as full-stack web applications. Recognizing that every business is unique, we don’t offer preset packages. Instead, we begin with a discovery call to identify the factors that are wasting your time, then we design, develop, and implement a real-world solution. We continue to collaborate with you post-launch to refine the system and ensure you achieve desired results. Based in Würzburg, Germany, we serve clients globally.
