This will be a fullscreen Android app that features a single large jpg image scrollable exclusively along the vertical axis, from top to bottom. The image will be quite large (exceeding 1600x50000 pixels at full resolution, depending on various screen sizes), so it's up to you to determine how to integrate it into the app (e.g., tiling? bitmapregiondecoder?). ... Initial milestone payment (EUR) released €111.00 EUR January 15, 2015 Second milestone (EUR) released €111.00 EUR January 28, 2015 Third milestone (EUR) released €64.00 EUR ... Is it true that they altered the ranking because they were unhappy after three milestones? Really? 😊 ... "The client" was actually three companies on Clutch based in Czechia, who intentionally lowered my ranking. They impacted my rating, bringing it down to 4.5 right from the start—an unethical action and a violation of Clutch's terms of service. Not only did they copy my app and distribute millions of copies through sub-products, but they also managed to bring my ranking down despite having acquired the project at a low cost. Be diligent when selecting software development providers you can rely on! Not all companies here can be trusted, so be cautious about who may affect your business! Among those companies were: https://clutch.co/profile/skoumal-sro# and another similar one like AIKit s.r.o., which attempted to illegally poach my previously agreed clients, yet no one seems to care... Just check the portfolio of genuine work with real results—it's unbelievable.
