About the Team
OUR STORY
Founded in Barcelona in 2024, Methodix Change Consulting is dedicated to making change a powerful opportunity rather than just a process. We specialize in Change Management for ERP and business transformations, focusing on accelerating adoption and ensuring People Readiness before Go-Live for platforms like SAP and Oracle. By centering our approach on people, we manage expectations, address resistance, and clarify the path forward. Utilizing structured methodologies, including ADKAR-based approaches, we aim to shorten the change curve and develop lasting organizational capabilities. Our commitment extends beyond planning; we stay closely engaged with teams until change firmly takes root, transforming challenges into lasting value and engagement.
