Capture Captain

Capture Captain is a mobile application that enables teams to plan, manage, and gather video content from anywhere in the world using a smartphone, laying the groundwork for brand-consistent and authentic content with high-quality results. One of Capture Captain's key objectives was to provide an exceptional user experience. Recognizing that users would likely engage with the app with minimal guidance or training, it needed to be user-friendly while functioning seamlessly and looking visually appealing. Therefore, meticulous attention to detail was essential, with even the design of a single button requiring careful thought and planning—before the involvement of Merisis.

TouchRight

TouchRight had initiated some aspects of their concept with a different supplier. However, complexities in the rental and letting market brought forth new challenges that required attention, leading to a pause in the project for reassessment. Subsequently, Merisis was approached to reassess the brief and evaluate the usability of the existing work, determining what needed to be redeveloped to ensure a solution that both organizations could take pride in, while also addressing important commercial and time-sensitive factors. Given the vastness of the market, spanning from individual agents to portfolio managers, TouchRight sought a solution that offered a high degree of control while maintaining the flexibility to tailor experiences based on the property owner and their existing processes. Grasping the intricate differences between various agents proved to be challenging, and it was essential for Merisis to fully understand this mindset before implementing a technological solution that met their needs.

Yusen Logistics Portal

Yusen Logistics

Yusen Logistics utilizes a standard software solution that serves as the core of their transport management services. However, to meet customer needs and align with their strategic vision for digital services, they recognized the need to provide a higher degree of personalization and customization to enhance the customer experience, all while avoiding high development costs or starting from scratch. Unfortunately, the existing software lacked the necessary flexibility and customization capabilities. Yusen Logistics sought to develop an interface that would give key stakeholders involved in the logistics process better visibility at any moment. Additionally, they aimed to enhance efficiency within the ordering logistics system. Merisis faced the challenge of designing and building a dashboard that was highly flexible while still retaining essential data from the existing off-the-shelf software. It was crucial that their solution did not create extra work for Yusen Logistics or their clients. The Road Portal project allows Yusen Logistics to provide their clients with a level of visibility that was not available with the previous industry solution. Moreover, the new real-time features establish the Road Portal as a reliable source of information for logistics companies, manufacturers, warehouses, and customers alike. The portal offers the functionality, accessibility, and personalized experience that were not previously possible.
