OUR STORY
Merge9 originated as the commercial branch of Union Eleven, a portrait studio in downtown Ottawa. As the commercial side flourished, it evolved into its own distinct brand. Today, Merge9 provides a range of professional video and photography services from its studio located in the Glebe neighborhood. Serving both private and public clients in the Ottawa region, the company is led by a team with diverse expertise. Andrew Geddes, a biomedical engineer by education, transitioned into photography immediately after graduation and now spearheads the video projects. Derrick Rice, recognized for his award-winning photography and teaching credentials, leads the photography division. Together, they ensure Merge9 delivers quality creative solutions for its clients.
