Digital Products Entire Redesign

Telesense Inc.

Client TeleSense is a startup located in Silicon Valley and ranks among the leading AgTech IoT startups globally. Challenge: They approached us when their product was highly advanced technically, yet the user experience and visual aspects did not align with that level of sophistication. Solution: After conducting comprehensive research, we redefined the user experience for both mobile and desktop platforms, developing new UX and UI designs. Each interface was presented in a detailed prototype that facilitated usability validation and assisted developers in understanding workflows and examining visual specifications. Results:

Reward and Recognition Platform UI/UX

Weexpass

Weexpass, a startup in Curitiba focused on employee recognition and rewards, faced the challenge of creating a user-friendly, point-based platform to reward employees for their performance and achievements. By conducting benchmarking and UX research, we identified key issues and opportunities, which allowed us to prototype the product. We are currently engaged in continuous usability testing and refinement. The outcome has been a modern platform that has helped the brand establish itself as a top contender in Brazil’s recognition and rewards sector.

UI/UX Redesign for Multi-Brand Retailer

Grupo Boticário

Client Grupo Boticário is among the largest multi-brand retailers in Brazil. Challenge The client’s e-learning platform was outdated and provided a poor user experience for its customers. "We think that ensuring our teams are well-trained is crucial for enhancing our sales performance." Solution In response to this challenge, we conducted a Design Sprint to develop a collaboratively created and validated version of the product. Result We transitioned from a desktop web version to a mobile app that allows users to challenge colleagues with quizzes and earn points and badges. The project was completed three months ahead of schedule, and access to the platform increased by 60% upon its launch.
