About the Team
OUR STORY
Meeko bridges the gap between recruitment agencies and co-working spaces, addressing the complexities of offshore hiring. Based in London, with a fully equipped co-working hub in Kyiv, Ukraine, Meeko taps into top local talent whose teams operate from this vibrant space. They foster a collaborative environment where employees engage across businesses, building a strong community. Ukrainian tech entrepreneurs are innovating globally, while many R&D centers for major companies operate there. The time zone difference is minimal, allowing seamless collaboration, and the proximity to London enables convenient visits. Hiring in Kyiv offers significant cost savings on salaries and related expenses. Originating from Lucidica's 2014 offshore recruitment challenges, Meeko was created to simplify and streamline offshore hiring for businesses and employees alike.
