Bravado Wireless Brand Strategy + Web Development
This family-owned wireless and home internet service provider (ISP) serves rural areas in Eastern Oklahoma. Due to its smaller size, the company has difficulty competing with larger ISPs. We aimed to enhance brand awareness in its service area and maximize the return on their paid media investments. Initially, when they approached us, the company wasn't called Bravado, and they were only looking for creative and media implementation. A year into our collaboration, they placed enough trust in us to undergo a comprehensive brand immersion, leading to a revamped brand strategy, a new name, and a refreshed identity. This transformation included a striking new visual identity, a revamped website, a robust social media presence, and integrated advertising campaigns. Additionally, we conducted an audience intelligence study leveraging Bravado’s current customer data and store locations. Using our proprietary business intelligence tool, we developed an in-depth customer activity map to identify potential users of their wireless services in Eastern Oklahoma. This research revealed previously unknown lookalike audiences, enabling more targeted media strategies and better spending efficiency. We have been their agency of record since 2015. With a new brand in place, Bravado Wireless now has a clearer understanding of its target market and continues to utilize this intelligence to refine promotions, campaigns, and customer retention strategies. They have also significantly lowered their cost per click (CPC) and cost per acquisition (CPA) in paid search, while improving website metrics, including page views, users, and sessions by significant margins.
