**Company Overview** Is an introduction necessary? National Geographic is a renowned American cable and satellite television network with millions of viewers. It stands as a global leader in adventure, science, photography, the environment, history, and space exploration. **The Challenge** The organization was operating an in-house Tag Management system that required migration to Google Tag Manager within a tight three-month timeframe. The challenge was compounded by the need to manage six CMS platforms and over 500 tags. **The Solution** The initial setup in Google Tag Manager was streamlined, transitioning from classic Analytics to Universal Analytics. A phased strategy was employed to migrate page views, events, and transactions sequentially. To oversee the 500 events during this transition, an automated QA system was implemented, alongside a comprehensive migration process designed to minimize human error. **Outcome Summary** The project was successfully completed within the three-month deadline, achieving a high data quality that enabled the client to initiate an A/B testing strategy using Google Analytics Goals. Additionally, an unforeseen benefit of the migration was a decrease in JavaScript errors, which were resolved by switching to GTM's native JavaScript listeners, known for their reliability. **Client Testimonial** "Experts in Google Tag Manager. I collaborated with them on a complex implementation project for over 10 months, and I was consistently impressed by their skills in GTM and GA. They offered innovative solutions and were proactive in suggesting improvements that would create value. Their knowledge of Analytics and Google Tag Manager makes them an excellent partner." - Deeplaxmi Adke, Director of Digital Analytics.

**Company Overview** Principality is a Building Society located in Cardiff, Wales. With assets amounting to £8 billion, it holds the title of the largest building society in Wales and ranks sixth in the UK. **The Challenge** Despite being the leading building society in Wales, Principality faced a decline in its core demographic due to an aging population. Furthermore, the organization primarily functioned offline and lacked the necessary resources to monitor their products, clientele, and marketing expenditures. **The Solution** We implemented an automated daily crawl of Principality's website to extract product IDs as well as savings and mortgage rates. The gathered data was then stored in a custom database, which enabled server-side look-ups to determine profit margins for each product. Simultaneously, we configured Google Tag Manager (GTM) to retrieve the product data from the website, perform profit look-ups, and save that information as a cookie. This allowed us to transmit transactional and profit data on the completed application pages. The financial site then began operating as an e-commerce platform, giving rise to Fin-Com. We mapped website pages to the corresponding stages of e-commerce, predicting how visitors would navigate from product pages to the check-out page. **The Results** Over a year, we achieved the following outcomes: - Increased the sales conversion rate from 0.40% to 3% (an increase of 650%) - Boosted savings applications from 487 to 3,914 (a rise of 704%) - Improved non-abandon rates by 309% MeasureMinds has empowered the building society to become more adaptable to shifting market trends and customer demands, resulting in enhanced profit margins. Before the digital transformation, Principality was unable to access this data in real-time. **Client Testimonial** "Phil is clearly an expert in his field, and his knowledge is truly unparalleled. Having an expert guide us through GTM was extremely beneficial." ... "The training on Google Data Studio significantly enhanced our business performance reporting." - Sofia Alvadia, Online Marketing Manager.

Company Overview: The University of Bristol is a prestigious red-brick institution located in south-west England. As a member of the Russell Group, it is dedicated to upholding high standards in research and education. In 2015, the university had an enrollment of 22,278 students and continues to rank among the leading universities in the UK. The Challenge: The client was seeking dependable digital marketing tracking to support an increase in marketing budgets. However, they faced constraints with their development resources and needed a solution ready by January. The Solution: MeasureMinds Group employed Google Tag Manager to streamline the setup process and implemented form application tracking across all course pages. To quickly boost organic traffic, meta canonicals were also activated. The Results: The University of Bristol experienced an immediate 20% increase in traffic due to visibility in Google’s mobile carousel. Merging Bristol.ac.uk and Bris.ac.uk improved their trust rank by 35 points, reaching a score of 70/100, which led to an additional 20% increase in all organic search terms. Additionally, real-time tracking of tuition fees was introduced to differentiate revenue from international and EU students per session, supporting the case for investment in international marketing efforts.
