Our recent projects include creating an information strategy and a Master Data Management proof of concept for the largest health insurer in the U.S. This involved managing data on members and products, as well as establishing a data warehouse and operational data store. We conducted thorough hands-on research into alternative data loading methods for Hadoop, which highlighted the essential advantages of Spark. Additionally, we developed a multi-year strategy for MDM, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing, and started implementing a student domain for a university with 50,000 students. For a financial firm, we created a comprehensive information management action plan and roadmap. We also built a data warehouse from scratch for a major commercial products company, allowing for improved detection and correction of engineering workflow problems. We enhanced a data governance program for a leading financial institution to world-class standards. Furthermore, we designed and implemented an analytical research database at a Global 100 organization to facilitate efficient access to sequencing data. We developed an action plan for the information ecosystem of a notable reinsurer, which included creating an analytical environment and an exposure data repository. Additionally, we provided consultancy on selecting big data tools, architecture, business planning, testing, and integrating a critical packaged application for a significant European telecommunications company. Lastly, we established a Key Performance Indicator analytics data warehouse for claims operations at a major healthcare firm.
