Njord

Web Design The main goal of the project was to capture the captivating atmosphere of the restaurant and reflect the spirit of Iceland through a design that emphasizes cleanliness and minimalism. At the same time, the website was designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, offering key information about the restaurant, including the menu, event schedule, origin story, and hotel accommodations for Njord guests. In creating the design, I took into account not only the visual appeal but also the marketing considerations. In today's online environment, a website must be visually attractive and easy to navigate while also acting as a tool to promote and grow the business. A mobile-friendly website needs optimization for smaller screens, utilizing responsive design techniques that adapt layout, font sizes, and interactive features to fit a mobile device's limited display area. Thus, the website focuses on simplicity, easy navigation via touch gestures, and quick access to vital information for an improved user experience on smaller screens. Brand Identity The visual components representing a brand are crucial for maintaining consistency and recognition across different platforms. The graphic design incorporates waves reminiscent of the seas experienced by diners enjoying meals made from locally sourced seafood, with minimalistic elements serving as a significant source of inspiration. Menu The design of Njord's menu is essential for enhancing the dining experience. Drawing inspiration from ocean waves, the minimalistic design features photos of dishes to help travelers easily select traditional Icelandic cuisine. This visual support streamlines dining choices, ensuring an enjoyable culinary experience at Njord.

BuzzBite cakes

In today's digital age, product packaging plays a crucial role in determining success, especially for small businesses in competitive markets. Design Task: Create a striking, bold, and unique website for a gourmet pastry shop. Each BuzzBite cake is a unique creation, tailored to the customer's specifications and never replicated. The brand's philosophy emphasizes crafting cakes that make events unforgettable and extraordinary. Every cake serves as a bold statement. Drawing inspiration from commercial brutalism, the website is designed with a dark color scheme complemented by vibrant accent colors and distinctive typography. It also emphasizes marketing strategies. The design targets influential figures and celebrities as the brand's primary audience. User Engagement: A company with such a vibrant personality can't afford for its website to be dull. For the pre-order section, I developed several interactive features where users can customize their cake options. This approach is a more engaging alternative to traditional order forms. Web design for a dental clinic in Spain

Dental Sheild

The owner of a dental clinic in my city reached out to me to create a website for his practice. He wanted the site to be unique, steering clear of conventional designs and imagery commonly found in the industry, such as teeth and apples. However, it was vital that visitors could easily identify that they were on a dental clinic’s website as they browsed the landing page. The site needed to highlight the clinic's services and advantages and enable patients to book appointments directly online. Additionally, it was essential to convey the clinic’s modern approach and its commitment to caring for the dental health of families. Key design elements the client emphasized included: simplicity and clarity, an unconventional look for a dental clinic, a demonstration of modern methods and equipment, a welcoming atmosphere for families, functionality through online booking and easy navigation, and a non-intrusive approach that avoids aggressive marketing of services. The final design, which combined Swiss aesthetic elements with a contemporary gradient, successfully achieved the desired outcome. It distinguishes itself from typical medical websites while maintaining a clean and straightforward appearance. Graphics of mountains were incorporated, reflecting the client’s location in Gandia, Spain, which is situated close to mountain ranges. Separate pages were created for the clinic's doctors, featuring essential information about each practitioner. Services are displayed as pop-ups, allowing users to click for more details and to sign up. Thank you for your attention!
