The Tête à tête building is a substantial apartment complex featuring a commercial ground floor, communal terraces, and private rooftop terraces located in the city center. We would like to highlight four images that, in our view, best convey the project's concept and marketing vision, while the remaining images provide a more general description. The client has carefully considered the entrance layout, as the lobby is the first impression for residents arriving at the building. This space was designed by a separate design firm, and the prominent arch is intended to make the facade stand out within the overall design. One image illustrates how the commercial section, including restaurants and shops, interacts with the narrow pedestrian alley. Another image captures the terrace's inviting atmosphere in contrast to the city's older industrial area, while an interior shot showcases the cutting-edge, high-end design of the apartments. Circle West Architects

The visual we created for Circle West Architects in early 2022 showcases a project located at 1830 West Main Street, Mesa, Arizona 85201. This development features a six-story multifamily residential complex that includes a parking structure, a multi-level podium, retail space on the first floor facing Main Street, surface parking, an indoor/outdoor dog park, two courtyards, an elevated pool deck, and various amenities. The image was produced in the initial phase of the project to provide a representation of the overall design.

Z40

Z40 is a versatile compact complex located in the heart of the city, incorporating a hotel, restaurant, office spaces, and high-end accommodations. The city features a traditional European design with many historic neoclassical buildings from Austria and Poland, along with narrow streets and extensive tram lines. Therefore, it was essential for us to emphasize the location and surroundings to accurately represent the project's significance. Considerable thought was given to selecting the ideal exterior views and interior designs, aiming to showcase a luxurious yet minimalist style. We created a total of 12 images but want to concentrate on the ones that resonate most with us. For the interiors, we sought to evoke a sense of home and highlight everyday functionality. Our goal was to tell a storyline that an observant viewer could easily understand. By meticulously detailing the ambiance, we aimed for the viewer to feel engaged with the scenes depicted in our still images. This reflects our approach to work, as it is what we value most. In the exterior shots, we particularly aimed to illustrate how the architecture interacts with the local climate and lifestyle. For instance, the somber image featuring tables pays homage to the unpredictable weather, while the image of the facade with e-scooters highlights the city's embrace of alternative transportation. Regarding the commercial interiors, the café adjacent to the hotel was designed to offer a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for enjoying a coffee and taking a break in a cozy setting. Elements such as the warm bar station and the “Better stay in bed” sign were intended to draw the viewer’s attention.
