Established in 1932 by Earl P. Marshall in Los Angeles, our firm has a rich heritage of valuation expertise. Partnering with Robert W. Stevens in 1936 to form Marshall & Stevens, we co-founded the American Society of Technical Appraisals, which later evolved into the American Society of Appraisers. Over the decades, we've been entrusted with high-profile valuations, including the Howard Hughes estate, AT&T breakup, and assets destroyed in the Gulf War. Our expertise spans managing city asset valuations, supporting litigation, and aiding major acquisitions, such as the $3.4 billion Holcim-Aggregate Industries deal.
