At WeUni by Docsity, I spearheaded the design and development of our application from the ground up, crafting user flows and implementing tools that boosted qualified daily leads by more than 1,200% within six months. My role encompassed coordinating discovery phases, user experience design, and overseeing the complete development process. I established the information architecture and developed a unified design system that fostered seamless collaboration between product and engineering teams. Additionally, I conducted ongoing experiments on user funnels and analytics to continuously enhance user acquisition, driving significant growth and efficiency in our platform's performance.
