Founded in 2011 by twin brothers Tim and Dave Dyer, Manifesto emerged from a shared desire to build an agency with a conscience, inspired by social entrepreneurs. They believed every brand could drive positive change and prioritized friendship over business. Cisco faced challenges with innovation. Once recognized as a leading innovator globally, the company was finding it difficult to remain contemporary and significant. They enlisted Manifesto to help rejuvenate the brand from within. While Cisco had no shortage of innovative ideas, there was a lack of organization and effective communication channels to convey these ideas to management. We developed a compelling internal message and created branding materials to celebrate and reward the innovators within the company. Additionally, we launched The Hub—a dynamic website designed to encourage collaboration and quickly highlight the best ideas. This vibrant platform served as a central hub for all things related to innovation, featuring engaging content that encouraged two-way interaction, and supported Cisco's teams in their Innovate Everywhere Challenge. Our comprehensive solution included research and audience segmentation, identity and naming, positioning and messaging, employee engagement campaigns, and social and digital content, all designed to promote real-time collaboration and innovation.

As one of the pioneering cloud-based solutions grounded in a culture of genuine care, we undertook a year-long initiative to evolve the brand. The key insight was that Paylocity's culture created a new form of value—one centered on care. By conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, Manifesto discovered that Paylocity's exceptional value for clients stemmed from its commitment to a remarkable culture and its concern not only for clients' current needs but also for their future. To effectively promote Nike's zero waste supply chain initiative, we needed to reshape it into a story that resonated with the passion and drive of Nike employees, inspiring them to transcend limits. Rather than focusing solely on reducing waste, we urged employees to strive for eliminating it entirely. Drawing on a profound understanding of the collective energy of Nike, its athletes, and the global community, we developed a platform known as Zerocity. By empowering Nike, our athletes, and the world to become an unstoppable force in the quest to accelerate waste to zero, we have fulfilled our mission. In doing so, we have fostered sustainability through innovation and established Zerocity.
