In the initial phase, the focus was on analyzing the demand for online window sales. Following a successful market interest assessment, the next critical step is to automate the sales process. The ultimate aim is to transform the platform into a fully independent e-commerce site. The development process covered all aspects, from requirements gathering to aftercare, utilizing key technologies such as Drupal 9, PHP, the Vue.js framework, HTML, and CSS.

Xtendo

Xtendo Match&More was created as a minimum viable product (MVP) for a virtual on-screen mixer aimed at improving the experience in stadiums. This platform provided sports event organizers with tools to present engaging content and interact with fans. Integrated with the stadium's large screens, Match&More allowed for easy management of the information displayed. Key match updates like scores, game time, goals, cards, and substitutions were effectively showcased, while the audience remained engaged through live reactions to events on the field. The system also facilitated a smooth presentation of video content, including promotional clips from partners such as PZPN, UEFA, and various sponsors, and it allowed for the fusion of pre-designed graphics with live, high-definition footage from cameras at the stadium. The Match&More system made its debut during the Poland-Denmark World Cup qualifying match, entertaining nearly 57,000 fans at the PGE Narodowy stadium by highlighting its capabilities in statistics, on-field situations, and messages aimed at fans. This initial version of the system continued to be used during the Poland-Armenia match at the same venue and was later piloted during a Polish national team game at a stadium in Wroclaw. The project encompassed the entire development process, which included gathering requirements, planning, UX/UI design, development, quality assurance, optimization, launch, and post-launch support. The main technologies utilized were Electron JS, HTML, and CSS.

Hiponet.pl was one of the largest mortgage comparison websites in Poland, aimed at those seeking their first mortgage as well as individuals with some existing knowledge of mortgage loans who were in search of reliable, current, and accurate information. What distinguished Hiponet.pl from its rivals was its innovative approach that featured a creditworthiness calculator integrated with a loan comparison engine. This distinct tool enabled users to assess their creditworthiness while simultaneously identifying the most cost-effective mortgage options. The project included several essential phases, starting with the initial discovery and requirements definition phase, which focused on understanding the needs and expectations of the target audience to establish a solid foundation for the platform. Following that, we carefully designed an attractive and cohesive UX and layout to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The next steps involved implementing a custom Content Management System (CMS) for efficient content management, as well as developing custom modules to meet the specific needs and functionalities of the project. The most challenging part of the project was creating the functionality and online tools that allowed users to compare mortgage quotes, a demanding phase for both the front end and back end. Some platform functionalities included complex mathematical formulas, algorithms for comparing mortgage parameters, and document generators. The project encompassed the entire development process, from gathering requirements and planning to UX/UI design, development, quality assurance, optimization, launch, and aftercare. Key technologies used included a custom CMS, PHP, HTML, and CSS.
