OUR STORY
Mad Hatter Techs, established in 2014 by Jacob and Jeremy, is a veteran-owned managed IT service provider in the Treasure Valley with over 30 years of certified experience. Acting as an on-call IT department for businesses without dedicated IT teams, they offer comprehensive solutions ranging from virus removal to network design and installation. Their approach emphasizes transparent communication, keeping clients informed about issues, repairs, costs, and timelines. Committed to supporting veterans, they provide internships and training opportunities in IT. With roots in global IT service firms, the founders envisioned a client-focused company prioritizing engagement, accountability, and dependable service. Mad Hatter Techs blends technical expertise with personalized support to keep clients focused on their core business needs.
