Our legacy is profound. Established in 1980, our founders, Eugene E. Luhdorff Jr. and Joseph C. Scalmanini, were honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Groundwater Resources Association of California (GRA). This recognition is given to trailblazers in their field who have made significant contributions to the groundwater sector. Vicki Kretsinger Grabert, the firm’s president, was the founding president of GRA (1992-1993), served on its board until 2014, and is now an Emeritus Director.
