We convene every second Thursday of the month in West Los Angeles, beginning at 6:30 PM for networking and our distinctive Vendor Expo in the exhibition space.

Established in 1996, the Los Angeles County Real Estate Investor’s Association (LAC-REIA) stands as California's oldest and largest investor group, extending its reach through chapters in several counties and numerous Meetup groups. Dedicated to empowering real estate investors in Southern California, LAC-REIA offers education, networking, and mentoring opportunities. Monthly meetings, held every second Thursday at the Iman Cultural Center, feature a Vendor Expo and presentations by prominent national and international speakers. The association also provides a renowned Mentoring Program for beginners, a Gold Membership for seasoned investors, a Loan Center connecting members with over 100 lenders, and a weekly podcast delivering local market insights.
